This very popular Greek type of olives gets harvested after being fully ripened on the tree. They grow in Central Greece and are one of the most famous Greek varieties. Their colour varies from green to purple and deep black and their taste is fleshy and slightly fruity. Traditionally cured and packed in natural brine. Pair nicely with Greek feta cheese and with dishes such as Greek olive flatbread with feta and roasted red peppers, olive and herb roasted potatoes.
